Queue Management System
Advanced wireless LCD queue management — up to 30 queues, calling unit, ticket dispenser, voice announcement and counter mapping — also available in Standard and Basic LED variants (up to 6 queues each).
About this product
End-to-end queue and token management — from a flagship Advanced wireless LCD platform supporting up to 30 queues, multi-language voice and TAB kiosk, through a Standard LED system with calling unit + auto-cutter printer, to a compact Basic LED setup. Advanced and Standard tiers run wireless over Wi-Fi between display, calling unit, ticket dispenser and MCU hub, while the Basic tier uses a self-contained RF network and needs power only at the printer and display. Designed for banks, hospitals, telecom shops, government offices and retail showrooms. As India knows it, the electronic queue management system was pioneered by us — DigiTech (now Infra DigiTech) built one of India's first integrated QMS in 2001 by combining a token dispenser with our token display, and supplied State Bank of India's single-window banking rollout in 2003–2004.

Token & Room Display
Public LCD / LED
Large public-facing display shows the currently-called token and the destination room or counter (Radiology-1, X-ray-2, Counter 03, etc.). The actively-called row is highlighted so the waiting customer spots it instantly. White-label header carries the hospital, bank or branch name.
Mobile Calling Unit
Android . Counter Staff . Premium
Counter staff call and recall tokens from a handheld unit instead of a fixed keypad. Random call, sequential call, and uncalled-token refresh — every counter action is mirrored on the public display and logged to the backend. Useful for diagnostic centres and bank branches where staff move between counters.
Report Dashboard
Web . Branch Supervisor
Token Journey Analytics — every token's path through the system, with issued time, last-call time, total wait, hop count and last counter visited. Visual record of how each customer actually moved through the branch on a given day. Exportable as CSV for audit and customer-service reporting.
Report Analytics
Web . Operations Manager
Live KPIs across the entire branch — tokens issued, average waiting time, longest wait, average hops per token, and the waiting-time trend across the day. Filter by date range or by specific queue. The dashboard most regional operations heads ask for and never receive from a manual token system.
