Read our storyDesign, firmware, PCB work, sheet-metal fabrication and assembly all happen in our own facility in Banashankari, Bengaluru — we are a manufacturer, not an assembler of imported kits. Supply is nationwide: our own engineering teams cover the major metros and an authorised channel-partner network covers the rest of India, and we ship export-ready product to the GCC, Southeast Asia and Africa under our IEC code.
Our Bengaluru base and India coverageWe are ISO 9001:2015 and CE certified, GeM-registered, MSME-registered, Made in India and Export Ready. We also hold an IEC code and are DGFT registered for export. GSTIN: 29AAICI6485L1ZQ. CIN: U27900KA2026PTC214614.
We serve healthcare, BFSI / banking & finance, hospitality, airports & transport, corporate & public sector, factories & industrial, sports & entertainment, and retail / food courts.
We manufacture banking display systems (forex, interest rate, gold/silver, locker), queue & token management systems, nurse calling systems, GPS digital clocks, world clocks, OT timers, panic alarms, food counter displays, pricing display boards, weather displays, church prayer displays, industrial production / Andon displays and electronic scoreboards.
View the full catalogueIt is a question about the building, not about the feature list — both carry the same clinical functions. A wired system runs physical cable (4-core or structured Cat 5/6) from every bed to the nurse station: a dedicated, deterministic path per bed, no radio to plan around, and the right answer when the walls are already open — new construction, a full rewire, or an ICU where you want a cable to each bed. A wireless system uses RF or Wi-Fi instead: nothing to chase through finished walls, so a ward stays open while it is fitted, which is why occupied hospitals, older buildings, leased floors and single-wing upgrades almost always go this way. Cost tracks the cabling, not the electronics, so wired is usually cheaper in a shell and dearer in a working ward. If you cannot answer "can we open the walls?", that is the question to settle first.
Compare wireless, IP and wiredThe range is called Signavanc and it has five models, each built for a different kind of building. Signavanc LR runs on long-range RF over a self-healing mesh and carries through thick masonry, basements and separate blocks — up to 256 calling units per nurse station, and the usual choice for retrofitting an occupied hospital. Signavanc Air runs over Wi-Fi, either the hospital network or one the system generates itself so IT carries no clinical traffic; it is the fastest to roll out. Signavanc IP uses structured Cat 5/6 with fibre between hubs and a dedicated run to every bed, 100+ units per station — for new builds, ICUs and full rewires. Signavanc Ultra puts an LCD nurse station on ordinary 4-core cable for up to 56 units. Signavanc Lite is the entry model, a dot-matrix ward panel for up to 26 units and the least expensive way to reach Code Blue coverage.
Open Nurse Calling pageBedside calling, toilet and shower pull-cords, corridor door indicators and Code Blue are on every model, so only what sits above that line differs. An LCD nurse-station console, multi-colour door indicators that show the call type from the corridor, centralised reporting, scheduled reminders and Turn Over Time are on all four senior models. Mobile nurse access, escalation and SMS alerts are on the two wireless models. HIS / EMR integration is optional on those two and on the wired LCD station, while the IP model reports into your own on-premise server instead. The entry model is the exception: a single red door indicator, no reporting and no Turn Over Time, for wards where correct room-and-bed identification at the lowest cost per bed is the whole requirement.
See the full model comparisonThree models. LCD Wireless is the flagship: LCD screens with named queues (a department, room or doctor's name), a tab token kiosk, mobile calling app, multi-language voice, call forwarding between counters, SMS tokens and waiting-time reports — zero cabling, on our own network. LED Wireless is a 7-segment LED display of up to 5 lines across up to 9 counters with wireless calling units, plug-and-play on our own router. LED Wired runs the same LED displays on ordinary 6-core cable — up to 8 lines across 9 counters — with power needed only at the control box and the printer. There is also a standalone Token Display in 3-digit and 4-digit variants for a single counter, and a standalone token dispenser if you only need ticketing.
Open Queue Management pageYes. Forex Display Boards show live multi-currency buy/sell rates (LAN / Wi-Fi / 4G, up to 16 currencies, audit-logged). Bank Interest Rate Display Boards render FD/RD/savings/loan/NRI rates with centralised remote updates. Gold & Silver Rate Display Boards show live 24K/22K/18K and silver rates with auto-feed integration, available as indoor or sun-readable outdoor IP55 variants.
Yes. Our OT Timer also doubles as a Project Countdown Timer (Total / Anesthesia / Surgery / Tourniquet modes). GPS Digital Clocks ship with GPS / NTP / RTC sync, indoor and outdoor (IP65) variants, single/double/three-sided mounts. Electronic Scoreboards cover cricket, football, basketball and kabaddi (outdoor IP65, sun-readable, custom up to 6 m x 3 m).
Yes. NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) audits require hospitals to demonstrate a functional patient-to-nurse call infrastructure across patient wards, ICUs and critical care areas. The Signavanc range - wired, wireless and IP - is engineered to satisfy that requirement, including bedside calling, toilet pull-cord switches, door indicators, Code Blue alerts, nurse-station logging and centralised monitoring. Signavanc Lite is the entry model and, having no reporting, cannot produce the response-time records an assessor asks for - it suits small wards, polyclinics and non-accredited facilities. Where response has to be evidenced, Signavanc Ultra is the least expensive model that records Turn Over Time. We can also produce documentation and SLA reports auditors typically ask for during NABH accreditation and re-accreditation cycles.
Open Nurse Calling pageThey are the same product platform. 'Crowd Management System' is the term used in airports, government counters, large hospitals and public events — anywhere the focus is on orderly movement of large numbers of people. 'Queue Management System' is the more common term in banks, clinics and retail. Both run on our same token, kiosk, multi-counter calling and supervisor-dashboard stack. The architecture scales from a 4-counter clinic to airport-scale federated deployments.
Open Queue Management pageYes, and for most growing hospitals it is the sensible answer. Run wired nurse call in the new wing or the ICU and wireless in the wards that cannot be closed for cabling, with both reporting to one monitoring station at the nurse desk and one set of logs. That is what lets a hospital upgrade ward by ward, on its own budget cycle, without discarding anything that still works or standardising the whole campus on the wrong technology for half of it.
Open Hybrid Nurse Call SystemIn most cases, yes. Our systems are designed to work with existing 4-core, RS-485, ethernet and display wiring. During our on-site survey our technicians audit the existing cabling, and we typically reuse it rather than rip it out. This significantly lowers installation cost and reduces operational downtime during the upgrade.
We manufacture. PCB design, firmware, sheet-metal fabrication, assembly and testing all happen in our own Bengaluru facility, and we have built more than 600 customised embedded products since 2001. It is worth asking any vendor this, because a good part of the Indian market resells imported hardware under a local name — which is fine until you need a board changed, a protocol added or a spare five years from now, none of which a reseller can do without going back to the factory that actually built it. Ask to see the manufacturing address, the ISO certificate in the same legal name, and one product modified to a customer's specification.
Maker or reseller — how to tellIt depends almost entirely on how many points of care you are covering and how the building is wired, so compare quotes per bed rather than as a lump sum — and count every point a patient can call from, including toilets and shower pull-cords, because that is where quotations quietly differ. As broad reference points, entry wireless kits for a small facility list around ₹25,000–₹45,000 for 10–20 beds, individual units such as calling points, indicators and displays run roughly ₹1,000–₹10,000 each, and a complete wired or IP system for a larger hospital runs into several lakhs depending on bed count and integration. Send us your bed count and whether the building is occupied and we will quote the same day.
Nurse calling system price in IndiaTurn Over Time is the ward's average nurse response — how long, on average, a patient's call waits before somebody answers it. On our systems it is not buried in a report: it is displayed on the nurse station screen itself, so the ward can see its own number without asking anyone for it. It starts counting from the first day after installation, and the reports are downloadable for any date range you choose, which is the form an NABH assessor wants when they ask you to evidence response times rather than assert them. It is available on every Signavanc model except the entry-level Lite.
How Turn Over Time worksYes — the Heritage GPS Clock. It is the same satellite-synchronised movement we build for hospital labour rooms and pharmaceutical cleanrooms, set inside a hand-carved wooden case rather than an industrial enclosure. It never needs setting: no wifi, no app, no account, and it finds the time again by itself after a power cut. The standard clock is 24 x 14 inches with 4 inch digits, readable from about 18 metres, at ₹10,999. Any other size, digit height, carving or finish is made to order, and hotels, banquet halls, restaurants, temples and interior contractors buy them in quantity.
See the Heritage GPS ClockOur token dispenser platform can technically drive dozens of downstream queues from a single touchpoint. In practice, for the cleanest patient or customer experience, we recommend a 30-queue ceiling per dispenser. Larger sites use multiple dispensers federated under a single supervisor dashboard — this is how deployments at Kempegowda International Airport and Passport Seva Kendras are architected.
Open Queue Management pageBoth — and the manufacturing is what makes the custom work affordable. Alongside the standard catalogue we engineer complete connected systems, where the RF link, the firmware, the cloud backend, the mobile app and the integration into your CRM, ERP or HIS are designed together by one team in Bengaluru instead of being stitched together from four vendors who each blame the other three. Nine capability areas sit behind that: RF and wireless communication, queue and token platforms, mobile and web applications, API and system integration, displays driven by your data, AI chatbots and self-service, analytics and decision data, customer feedback systems, and cloud and IoT backends.
Open SolutionsYes. Our products are built to integrate with the systems you already run. We deliver standard REST and JSON API integrations with Hospital Information Systems (HMS) / EMR for nurse calling, queue and OT applications; PLC / SCADA / MES integration for industrial production and Andon displays; and ERP / banking back-office integration for forex, interest rate and locker displays. We also support Modbus, MQTT and OPC-UA at the device layer, webhooks in both directions, and an Android SDK your own developers drop into your existing app so it can subscribe to alerts from our devices without a rebuild. Legacy software with no API at all is still reachable through database views, file drops and RS-232 / RS-485 serial feeds.
API & system integrationYes, and it is one of the most frequent custom jobs we take on. Production targets, achieved counts, rejects, takt time and downtime minutes that already live in your system are fed to our display controllers over an RS-232 / RS-485 cable, the LAN or the cloud, and shown on the shop floor, at the counter, in the security room or at the entrance gate — no retyping, no whiteboard and no lag between the system and the wall. The same pipeline drives parking occupancy boards and security-room dashboards, in any size, digit height and colour built for the actual viewing distance.
Displays driven by your dataIt does both, and the second half is what makes it worth putting at a counter. Trained on your own services, timings, documents and FAQs, it answers in natural language and resolves what it can. When the visitor genuinely needs a person, the bot generates the token itself for the correct counter or department and attaches the conversation, so your staff already know what was asked before the customer sits down. It can also book an appointment, raise a service request or write the lead into your CRM, and how many visits it resolved is measured and reported rather than assumed.
AI chatbots & self-serviceYes — one queue, two doors. The cloud token engine and the physical dispenser issue from a single token series, so a customer who books on their phone and a walk-in who presses the button at the entrance land in the same live queue and are called on the same display, in strict order. The app shows live position and expected waiting time and alerts them as their turn approaches. If the internet drops, the physical dispenser keeps printing and the series re-syncs by itself when the connection returns.
Queue, token & calling platformsYes — Android, iOS and progressive web apps for token booking, service requests, alerts and supervisor dashboards, written by the same team that writes the firmware they talk to. Notifications go out through Firebase Cloud Messaging, webhooks or an SMS gateway. White-label delivery is the normal arrangement: your brand, your icon, your Play Store and App Store listing, built and maintained by us. If you already have an app, our SDK lets it subscribe to alerts from our devices instead of your customers installing a second one.
Mobile & web applicationsEvery system we ship measures itself from day one rather than being sampled during audit week. Live KPIs sit on the console itself — average waiting time, Turn Over Time, tokens per hour, counter by counter — with trend reports for any date range, shift against shift and branch against branch. Thresholds can alert a manager's phone before a customer complains, and custom KPIs are routine: OEE and downtime minutes for a factory, Turn Over Time for a ward, deflection rate for a chatbot. Everything exports to CSV or over the API into Excel, Power BI or your own data warehouse — the data is yours, and a number captured continuously can defend itself to NABH, JCI or an internal audit.
Analytics & decision dataYes, and we build it as the closing step of the queue rather than as a separate survey. A counter terminal or TAB kiosk captures the rating the moment service ends, and a QR code on the token slip or a post-service link covers customers who would rather use their own phone. Every rating arrives tagged with its token number, counter, staff member and waiting time, so praise and problems are both traceable to the visit that produced them. A poor rating can alert the branch or floor manager while the customer is still in the building, and NPS and CSAT dashboards trend by hour, counter, branch and staff. It runs on the same platform as the queue system — no second vendor, no second login, nothing to reconcile.
Customer feedback systemsBackends deploy on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, or entirely on-premise where data must not leave the building — the usual requirement for banks and hospitals. Our standard queue systems hold no customer data at all by default, and where a solution does handle personal data, residency is designed in from the start rather than patched on afterwards. On ownership: the platform and its source code stay with Infra DigiTech, and that is precisely what keeps your quotation small, because you are not paying anyone to build a token engine or a nurse call stack from scratch — those already exist and we maintain them. What you pay for is the customisation engineered around your process. NDAs are signed as a matter of course.
Cloud & IoT backendsYes - customisation is one of the things we do best. As an in-house OEM with PCB design, firmware, sheet-metal fabrication and software all under one roof in Bengaluru, we can tailor display sizes, digit heights, colours, mounts, enclosures, languages, voice prompts, branding, communication protocols and integrations to your spec. Whether you need a custom LED display, a queue management system tuned to your workflow, an Andon dashboard, or a private-label OEM product line, we deliver tailored solutions for B2B, government and export customers.
Discuss your requirementYes. We white-label any of our product lines - nurse calling systems, queue & token management, banking and industrial displays, GPS clocks, OT timers, panic alarms and IoT devices - under your brand: your logo, packaging, manuals and software branding. We also contract-manufacture custom embedded electronic products to your specification. Clients never have to worry about fabrication, industrial design, PCB and firmware engineering, quality inspection, software updates, new features or custom embedded development - our Bengaluru facility handles the entire lifecycle under ISO 9001:2015. We manufacture for both Indian and international clients, and every engagement is NDA-protected - we never disclose client names.
Open OEM & Contract ManufacturingYes. Every Infra DigiTech display, calling unit and controller runs on firmware we wrote in-house. We offer that same capability as a service - microcontroller and PCB design, sub-GHz long-range RF on the licence-exempt 865-867 MHz band with FHSS frequency hopping, self-healing mesh and star topologies, Bluetooth and BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and cloud-connected platforms with MQTT telemetry and over-the-air updates. Site RF surveys, link budgets and antenna selection are done on your premises rather than guessed from a datasheet.

Request a QuoteYes. Infra DigiTech is MSME and GeM-registered and we undertake government and PSU projects all across India - banks, hospitals, defence, railways, airports, municipal corporations and state government departments. We are tender-eligible, can submit BoQ-based bids, and supply against GeM orders, rate contracts and direct purchase orders. We also hold an IEC code and are DGFT registered for export to GCC, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Talk to our government sales teamStandard commercial terms apply - typically 50% advance against PO, balance on dispatch or installation milestone, depending on project size and sector. GST as applicable. For GeM and government orders we follow the contract payment terms.
Yes - we are export-ready with CE-certified products for GCC, Southeast Asia and Africa. Voltage, language and compliance variants are available. We hold an IEC code and are DGFT registered for export.
Yes. We start with a site survey and feasibility assessment to confirm the configuration will actually work in your building — for a wireless system that means checking the radio path through your walls, which is precisely the thing nobody can promise from a catalogue — and our sales team will demonstrate the system for your requirement. For a custom or multi-site solution the usual route goes one step further: a working pilot at one branch, ward or line first, measured with the same analytics as the full system, so the rollout decision is made on your own numbers rather than on a brochure. You find out before a purchase order rather than after one.
Arrange a site surveyFor standard products, no — we supply a single unit as readily as a hundred, and a small clinic ordering one ward panel is a normal order for us. Minimums only come into it for OEM and white-label runs, where tooling, branding and packaging have to be set up, and for custom-engineered builds; in those cases we agree the quantity with you before quoting.

Open CataloguesYes - we deliver installation, commissioning and after-sales service across India through our own engineering teams in the major metros and an authorised channel-partner network covering the rest of the country. Most installations are scheduled within 1-2 weeks of dispatch; emergency on-site service is typically arranged within 24-72 hours. Please call our sales line for the nearest Infra DigiTech presence or authorised partner who can support your location.
Talk to sales for your locationEvery ticket is acknowledged within 4 business hours. Most faults are diagnosed remotely on that first call — a large share of what gets reported is a power, cabling or configuration issue that can be talked through in minutes. Where an engineer has to attend, the visit is typically arranged within 24 to 72 hours, sooner for a system that is fully down in a hospital. Because we design and build the boards ourselves, spares exist for the life of the product rather than for as long as an importer keeps stocking them. Raise a ticket on the service request page, or call or WhatsApp the service line on +91 9844120216.
Open Service RequestYes - comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMCs are available for all installed product lines. Request via the service form or call our service line.
Service lineYes - we run a buy-back programme for old Infra DigiTech installations. Whether the existing system is still working or not, we will buy it back at a nominal value or give you a meaningful discount on the new replacement. That way you can upgrade hospitals, bank branches, factories and counter halls to current-generation hardware without worrying about what to do with the old equipment. Every unit we take back is routed to certified e-waste recyclers, so the legacy kit is responsibly disposed of rather than dumped.
Talk to us about a buy-back or upgradeTwelve months from the date of installation on most product lines, with extended cover available on request. Our warranty page sets out exactly what is and is not covered — including transit damage, batteries, relocation, third-party integrations, and why the printer mechanism on a token dispenser is only covered when our own paper rolls are used.
Read the full warranty termsNothing is lost. Our call bell receivers hold calls in non-volatile memory, so a call raised before the power went is still showing when it comes back rather than silently disappearing. Our GPS and network clocks keep time on an internal RTC through the outage and re-acquire the satellites by themselves afterwards, with no resetting. On nurse call installations the centralised controller is specified to sit on a 5A UPS, which keeps the nurse station live through the switchover — worth planning for at the wiring stage rather than after the first outage.
Yes. Training is part of the commissioning rather than an extra line item. Our engineers train the people who will actually use the system on site — ward nursing staff on calling, resetting and Code Blue, counter staff on token calling and forwarding, and your biomedical or IT team on the administrative side, reports and first-line fault finding. Where a hospital or bank runs shifts we train each shift rather than one group, and refresher sessions can be arranged later through the service line or included in an AMC.
Request training via the service deskTimelines depend on site scale and complexity, but typical deployments run as follows: site survey and architecture proposal within 5-7 working days, installation and commissioning within 2-4 weeks for a single ward or branch, and 4-8 weeks for a full multi-floor hospital or multi-branch bank rollout. Wireless retrofits are usually faster than wired new-builds.
