What types of partnership does Infra DigiTech offer?+
Four models: dealer / system integrator (sell, install and service locally), regional distributor (stock-holding, state or region-wide with sub-dealers), OEM / white-label partner (our hardware under your brand) and referral partner (pass leads, earn commission, no stocking).
What do I need to become a partner?+
A GST-registered business is preferred, and having a technician who can install and support after our training helps. A background in electronics, ELV, IT hardware or medical equipment is an advantage but not mandatory — every application is evaluated case-by-case.
What support do partners get?+
Product, installation and service training, demo units at partner pricing, brochures and co-branded marketing material, lead sharing from your region, protected territories where feasible, priority spares and a dedicated line to our Bengaluru factory team.
What margins do partners earn?+
Margins depend on the partnership model, product line and volumes, with performance-linked incentives on top. Exact commercials are shared during the evaluation call and confirmed in the partner agreement.
Do you offer international / export partnerships?+
Yes. We are IEC-registered and export-ready, and are appointing distributors worldwide — the GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, North & South America and Australia. Terms depend on the market, order quantities and local certification needs — apply through the same form and mention your country.
Do I get a protected territory?+
Where feasible, yes — territory protection depends on the region, the partnership model and committed volumes, and is agreed in the partner agreement.
Is there a joining fee or minimum order?+
There is no joining fee. Stocking expectations depend on the model — referral partners stock nothing, dealers typically start with demo units, and distributor stocking is agreed during onboarding.
